Traveler, or, what to do on my days off ....

Just about every 2 weeks, Mary and I go on a Walk-A-Bout in a different direction from the smack dab middle of the United States Kansas for 2 or 3 days.

The trip will go in one direction about 1/2 of the time off, get a Motel room, something around 33 bucks a night. You know, the India Indians own them and you don't want to step on the carpet in your bare feet? Might get stuck there, you know.

And the desk guy says to you in some foreign language to go and head over to the Holiday Inn next door and use their pool? Yeah. Sure.

So we are to head out tomorrow, Friday March 9th headed toward San Antonio, Texas for the weekend. 647 miles from here. We will go get the step-daughter, Kg, 17 years old, in Danville and head South. Might get into some storms, do a bit of Tornado chasing, no Scuba Diving yet as it is still to early in the season, and don't ride the Harley as it will surely rain, and just go eat and have fun taking pics of the day.

We will stop in Hennessey Oklahoma to eat at an authentic Mexican food place as they have the best Tamales in the State. Go see the Alamo as Kage has not been there....
